Returns and refunds

At Velocity Fashion Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, with original tags attached, and free of any odors or signs of wear.

Timeframe: Please contact us to report any issues with your product within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on swimwear or intimate apparel, such as underwear.
